Chiara has 15+years in the fashion industry, with 12 years spent with Guess Europe, coordinating different geographies and working closely on the pan-European pricing strategy. Her natural “ok. let’s-make-it-happen” approach led her to be appointed as the 3D project leader: Chiara’s core responsibilities include driving the company’s digital transformation to 3D design, coordinating numerous cross-functional internal stakeholders, aligning company processes, managing external suppliers and leading a growing team of 3d specialists.
Two years into the project, results speak for themselves: all apparel designers and tech trained, over 1’000 models designed in 3D in all colorways, collaboration with marketing for special events and sales campaign.
