Daniel Koch is managing and coordinating innovation programs for food and near-food products for Migros Industry, the production companies of the Migros Group. As part of this role, Daniel is coordinating the scouting and collaboration with external startups and ecosystems at national and international level.
Prioir to that he managed the R&D-team of Bischofszell Nahrungsmittel and he worked for Givaudan, the world leading flavour and fragance producer, where he also spent several years abroad, giving technical support to the Middle Eastern Region. Daniel holds a master degree in food science from ETH Zürich and has over 20 years experience in R&D and Innovation.
