Kelsey joined The Fold in 2021 as Commercial Director, leading retail, customer care and merchandising.
The Fold is a global, digital womenswear brand with a purpose to elevate workwear, empower women and champion ambition. The Fold have dressed over 80,000 women including the Princess of Wales, Kerry Washington, FTSE 100 CEOs, and world leaders. The US is the fastest growth market, drawn in by a distinct design handwriting that is centered around figure-flattering cuts and exceptionally high-quality Italian fabrics. Delivering almost 50% of revenue, the US market grew over 70% in FY2022. The premium workwear market shows plenty of room for The Fold to grow, estimated to be worth $7.3bn in the US and £1.3bn in the UK.
Partnerships with Manchester City Women’s Football Club and Smart Works charity demonstrate The Fold’s commitment to gender equality at work.
Next up, they’re planning on expanding their retail footprint – bringing styling service to more locations – growing digital markets and channels
Kelsey is passionate about delivering the commercial goals of The Fold alongside its brand values, she is customer centric, highly analytical and data driven, using customer insight and analysis to identify future opportunities. Prior to the Fold Kelsey has held senior roles at Boden, Jack Wills, and Whistles.
