With a degree in chemical engineering at the Politecnico in Turin, Paolo has been working in the fashion industry for more than 15 years, focusing on the development of innovative raw material.
He’s been with Napapijri since 2007 taking care of the development and implementation of the Brand’s raw material strategy and circular design projects.
Following Napapijri’s goal of sustainable growth, in the past 15 years Paolo and his team have developed sustainable alternatives to fur, down filling (THERMOFIBRE®️) and the Circular Series jacket that has obtained the Cradle to Cradle certification.
