Paolo Roatta is the founder of OGAT – One Garment At A Time, a disruptive player in fashion that has transformed the industry with on-demand garment production at exceptionally fast turnarounds, virtually eliminating the need for inventory. Partnering with leading fashion and luxury brands, OGAT creates high-quality, responsible collections made in Italy that are sold both online and in stores.

Furthermore, Paolo leads Pixartprinting and The Print Group, a division of Cimpress, the global leader in mass customization and print-on-demand. Previously, he worked at Procter & Gamble, Bertelsmann, and launched two media startups in mobile and television. A Harvard Business School MBA, he has built his career across Europe and the U.S., expanding manufacturing and operations in Russia and Latin America.

Paolo lives between London and Venice, where he enjoys fine tailoring, his two dogs, and slow dinners.
