Riccardo began his professional journey at the Institute of Bioimaging of the National Research Council, following his Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in 1994. In 1996, he founded a software development startup focused on 3D and video post-production technologies. Over the next five years, he deepened his expertise in image processing, computer vision, 3D through professional experiences in Canada with leading industry players. Between 2002 and 2003, he served as R&D Director at a major Italian system integrator in the digital broadcasting sector, contributing to the implementation of complex architectures for prominent national and international broadcasters undergoing digital transformation. In 2003, Riccardo joined Reply, founding Discovery Reply. As Senior Manager, he shaped Discovery’s offering, bringing broadcasting know-how into the industrial sector and launching new solutions in Digital Marketing, particularly in Digital Asset Management and Product Information Management. He later expanded the company’s portfolio into Digital Signage, opening new opportunities in the Retail market. Since 2019, as Reply Partner, he has played a key role in scaling the Discovery business, growing its client base in Fashion & Luxury, Finance, Health & Beauty, and Manufacturing, while also fostering a strong network of technology partners to deliver end-to-end Digital Communication solutions powered by cloud architectures, generative AI, and 3D.
