A Mechanical Engineer with a degree in Business Administration and further studies at M.I.T. and Columbia Business School, Stefano has successfully positioned ghd as one of the leading brands in the Beauty and Fashion sectors in Italy, nearly tripling its revenue over the past five years. The strategic shift from a traditional B2B model to a “Consumer-Centric” approach has propelled ghd to become the number one brand in the Styler market in Italy in 2024. While maintaining a strong leadership position in the professional channel, ghd has also forged partnerships with all major beauty retailers in Italy, expanding its presence to over 50 points of sale. ghd’s omnichannel strategy has driven exceptional growth in its digital business, which has increased more than tenfold in recent years, both through its own e-commerce platform and through digital partnerships.
