He began his career in traditional management consulting, moving through startups and later joining a digital strategy boutique—contributing to its journey from startup to successful exit. His experience is distinctly multi-disciplinary, combining strategic rigor with a pragmatic, execution-first mindset. Andrea has led complex digital transformation programs, launched and scaled digital initiatives, and delivered enterprise e‑commerce platforms for major retailers.
