Gianluca Tacchella was born in Verona in 1968 and holds a degree in Economics and Business. As a second-generation member of the founding family, he joined Carrera S.p.A. in 1994 and has served as CEO since 2001. Under his leadership, the brand, established in 1965 by three brothers and officially recognized as a historic label of national significance, has strengthened a market position built over more than five decades. As a matter of fact, Carrera Jeans has held the top market share in denim in Italy for over 50 years. With more than six decades of history and a focus on casual menswear and womenswear, the company remains one of the most iconic names in Italian jeans.
