I am the Co-Founder & CEO of Limitless Holding S.p.A. and Co-Founder & CEO of Medspa S.r.l., the company behind the cosmeceutical brands MIAMO and Nutraiuvens. Together with my family, I have built a group that combines scientific expertise, managerial discipline and a strong culture of innovation. Our expansion has grown from Italy to Switzerland with the establishment of GCDA CH SA, our first international subsidiary. My background in economics and finance has shaped my leadership approach: I believe in data-driven decision making, structured corporate governance and continuous improvement. Over the past years, I have pushed the organization to evolve through digital transformation, business intelligence integration, process automation and a more mature omnichannel strategy, strengthening our presence across pharmacies, retail and e-commerce. I am actively involved in strategic partnerships, international expansion, quality certifications and ESG frameworks, including our recent adhesion to the UN Global Compact. What drives me is the ability to turn research, data and execution into customer impact. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—R&D, marketing, BI, retail—to ensure that innovation remains actionable, measurable and aligned with our brand promise. My ambition for 2026 is to consolidate our international footprint and build a “limitless” platform that uses AI, analytics and human-centered design to redefine the future of evidence-based beauty.
