With more than 20 years background in CRM, Marketing and Strategy gained from companies such as Nespresso and Orange Communication, she has extensive knowledge of Digital, Telco, FMCGs and luxury industries. Michela has led loyalty program revamps, shaped omnichannel customer experiences and boost digital strategies in both local and global roles. She has a Master’s Degree in Business from Università Cattolica di Milano.
