From Zurich:
A2 highway, direction St. Gotthard – Chiasso – Italy. Recommended exit: Lugano NORD
From Milan:
A9 highway, direction Como – St. Gotthard or A8 highway, direction Varese – Stabio (Gaggiolo). Recommended exit: Lugano SUD
From Lugano train station it is approx. 10 min by foot – Lugano public bus transportation (TPL) lines 1, 4, bus stop: Piazza Luini
Are there any parking spaces nearby?
The LAC has a parking garage below the building, and there are also several parking spaces in the immediate vicinity, as well as the Autosilo Central Park parking garage (200 m away).
Will the event be held exclusively in English?
Yes.
Do you have any graphic contributions that I can use to promote my presence at the event?

Will there be a streaming format for the event?
No. The conference will be held in presence only due to restrictive policies by brands.
Why did I not receive my confirmation e-mail?

What time is check-in?
Check-in starts at 8:00 am with complimentary light breakfast
Will I receive a badge?
In the first confirmation email and in all subsequent ones we will send you the link to the badge to print. On the badge itself you can find folding instructions. Bring your badge with you to the event to check in and collect your badge holder.
Can I attend the event later in the day?
Sure. But we would like you with us in the morning plenary 😉
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes.
Will there be wi-fi at the event?
Yes. There will be free public Wi-Fi
There will be an area for meetings and/or calls?
There are some seats outside the conference rooms on levels M and 1.
