Isabelle Clerc-Gippet has been working for the Swiss family-owned company Caran d’Ache for over 4 years, leading the Sales, eCommerce, Marketing and Communication teams and activities.

Prior to this, she has been working for 12 years for Newell Brands, in various marketing and selling roles, including managing for their Writing and BabyCare divisions, the Asian and the EMEA P&L.

Before Newell, she spent 7 years in France, including 5 for LEGO as Trade Marketing Lead (and 2 as a retail buyer for an Arts & Craft chain in France) and 5 years in APAC, including 3 years in Australia @ DANONE as Regional Sales and Marketing Manager and 2 in Vietnam, for a French hospitality distributor importing Wine, Cheese and Cookware.

Isabelle’s career reflects over 25 years of professional experience that she qualifies as inspiring, energizing and rich. What truly motivates her is to develop powerful Premium brands to their full potential across the globe, collaborating with diverse teams, activating the right offline/online channels and the right consumers interactions.

She has travelled to over 50 countries and lived and worked in 7 different countries across 3 continents (France, UK, United States, Australia, Vietnam, China, Switzerland) where she managed local teams from various cultures and backgrounds.
