As a specialist of Primary care, MPH and lecturer in Clinical Assessment, I had the opportunity to work as a project manager in biomedical informatics at the public hospital network of Southern Switzerland. This experience raised my personal interest in medical informatics. The “Safety, Quality, Informatics and Leadership” Program at Harvard Medical School offered me a deep dive into quality improvement projects, using innovative technology.
