Lisa Burnett has been building great digital customer experiences for companies such as Le Creuset, Amazon, and Bloomingdale’s, for over 20 years. Her career expands over several sectors, including marketing, merchandising, and program management, at local, regional, and global levels, allowing her to bring a unique perspective to any conversation on digital retailing. Lisa is passionate about digging into customer problems and solving them with technology, proving herself wrong with data, and helping people fall in love with brands.
In her current role as Digital Consumer Experience Director at Le Creuset, she is responsible for developing experiences to ensure that the nearly 100 year old cookware brand remains the favourite of consumers for generations to come.
