With 14 years’ experience in GUESS, Patrizia is responsible for the whole E-commerce business in EMEA, including official websites in 48 Countries, Marketplaces and B2B online channels, along with implementation and development of Omnichannel projects.
She has strong experience in digital transformation, strategic planning, new websites and platforms implementations, content and performance marketing plans, e-commerce operations, Omnichannel rollouts and territorial expansion, along with consolidated background on partnerships’ building, strengthening and expansion with the main players in the Marketplace and B2B area.
From June to October 2020, she led the transition to Salesforce Commerce Cloud of all 48 Countries, together with the implementation additional Salesforce tools.
Truly passionate about the whole e-commerce and Omnichannel ecosystem, she is animated by digital evolution and fully dedicated customer-oriented approach. Strong believer of teamwork and inspiring leadership.
