I m 48 yo, mum of 2 kids age 13 and 11, passionated about beauty, 23 years spent in the cosmetic market, having different experiences : development in the headquarter in Paris for worldwide scope for skicare ( I launched L’Oreal Age Perfect Pro-Calcium the first product for women over 70 years old with a stunning spokeperson Jane Fonda who embodies strongly and lively the golden age) and then development for haircare Garnier Fructis. The I moved to operational marketing in Italy on L’Oreal Paris and Garnier and I had a full experience in sales. Then I moved again on worldwide scope in Paris as General Manager Travel Retail WW for L’Oreal Paris / Garnier/ Nyx/ Maybelline. I came back to Milan to take the job of CMO Italy and 5 years ago till december 2022 I was General Manager for Cosmetique Active Division in Italy in charge of brands such as Vichy, La Roche Posay, Cerave and SKinceuticals in the pharmacy channel. I have the chance to work in a company such L Oreal where innovation is the DNA. Innovation of ingredients, products, services, devices everything to create the beauty that moves the word.
