Graduated in Clinical Psychology, I’ve then continued my education with a master degree in Human Resources and Organization. Since 7 years I work in the HR field cross different industries, I started at an Italian local based company, than I moved to a an executive head hunting firm and since 3 years I am working at Guess Eu Corporate Office. My expertise in HR is for sure the Talent acquisition/head hunting, but since I’ve started at Guess I’ve increasingly expanded my role on projects and activities related with Employer Branding, HR business partnering, performance management, employee relations.
